The Cretan Spirits distillery since 2012 produces traditional spirits and drinks such as tsikoudia (raki), ouzo, rakomelo and other liqueurs with various flavors.
Small alchemies based on ouzo and especially raki, are combined with authentic flavors of citrus fruits and herbs, creating separate liqueurs.

Tsikoudas (leftovers from winemaking) are boiled in copper pots for hours. Only the heart of the distillate is carefully collected and stored in stainless steel tanks. After many months of maturation in our tanks, this exquisite distillate is bottled.
